Welcome to our Visits page! We have updated our visitation policy! (see below)
For Virtual Visits:
Once you've schedule a visit, you will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom meeting link. We will assist your loved one to be ready with a tablet, so you can share some time together.
For in-person Visits:
RIDOH Update: Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result is required for in-person visitation. Negative rapid test result must be from last 48 hours, and negative PCR test result must be from last 72 hours.
Updated 03/31/22. Please call Kim, Linda or Teresa at (401) 722-0830 if you have questions about our most current visitation status. Thank you
Visitors are welcome without an appointment, 12:30-7pm, seven days a week. Visitors enter the facility at the main entrance at 104 Clay Street, are screened in and given a surgical mask to be worn while in the facility. For indoor visits, we ask that a 6 foot distance be maintained between visitor and resident and staff; if visit is outside in our courtyard, a 3 foot distance from staff and other residents is required. Visitors are asked to refrain from wandering throughout the facility. And of course, virtual visits are always available although they need to be scheduled.
As a reminder, surgical masks must be worn by all visitors and the resident during the visit, regardless of vaccination status. Only two visitors at a time can be accommodated and visitors under the age of eighteen (18) still are not allowed. If you wish to leave a snack or a non-perishable treat, we can store these items. You are welcome to bring or send gifts or flowers .
We thank you for your long patience and help as we maintain focus on keeping our residents safe, and look forward to seeing more of you. We have and always will strive to include our families and friends in the lives of our residents.
You will receive a text message reminder before your appointment
