Welcome to our Visits page! We have updated our visitation policy! (see below)
For in-person Visits:
Of course, we must continue to follow CDC and RI DOH guidelines for skilled nursing facilities, which are understandably more strict than other facilities. We thank you for your help as we maintain focus on keeping our residents safe, and look forward to seeing more of you. We have and always will strive to include our families and friends in the lives of our residents.
Beginning immediately, fully vaccinated visitors, at least two weeks past their final dose, are welcome to visit their loved ones without an appointment, 12:30-4pm, seven days a week. We ask that you bring a copy of your vaccine card on your first visit. Visitors must maintain a 3 foot distance from staff and other residents and cannot wander throughout the facility. Visits can take place in resident rooms or the courtyard, as preferred.
Visitation guidelines have not changed for unvaccinated visitors. We still require those visits to be scheduled online, at least two (2) days in advance. Unvaccinated visitors will need to present a negative COVID-19 test taken, at most 2 days prior to the visit. Visitation will take place in our courtyard where there is also a tent available. Indoor visitation can be arranged, but outdoor is preferred, as it allows for us to maintain a higher level of activity for our residents. Visitors must maintain a 6 foot distance from all residents and staff.
For all visitors, regardless of vaccination status, masks are still required. Visitors must be screened at the entrance using the latest RI DOH screening tool. We can only accommodate two visitors per resident at a time and cannot yet allow any visitors under the age of eighteen (18).
For Virtual Visits:
Once you've schedule a visit, you will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom meeting link. We will assist your loved one to be ready with a tablet, so you can share some time together.
